Day 25: We drove from Port Allen to Shreveport and had a yummy Lunch of Chicken n Dumplings. Green Beans, Corn and Meatloaf. We then headed into Dallas. There we saw the JFK Memorial, the Grassy Knoll and The Book Depository where the imfamous JFK Assassination took place. There was not a lot to see but just to see where part of History took place was interesting. We drove most of the day and arrived to the hotel just outside of Fort Worth just in time to enjoy the pool. We are headed out of Texas and to New Mexico next.Thursday, June 25, 2009
Day 25: Port Allen, LA to Weatherford, TX
