Day 15: Scranton, PA to Seaside Heights, NJ

We are alive!! We have just been so busy we have not been able to update... so here we go!
Day 11: We spent the day and evening with Cousin's Wendy, Danny and Angel. We had delicioius Old Forge Pizza (the best pizza in the WORLD..seriously!) and had a great visit!
Day 12: We had lunch with Uncle Roy and Aunt Lois. Roy took Natalie to see his classic cars and his garage. That evening we went to Wilkes Barre and had a fun evening with Cousin Dorothy and her husband (Dennis) and Cousin Jimmy and his wife (Roberta) and grandchildren.
Day 13: Natalie spent the day and evening with Cousin Angel. They had a good time going to the movies, dinner and hanging out. Carole went to her 45th High School Reunion-- GO WEST SIDE! Except she thought she was still 17 and hurt her leg dancing!
Day 14: Carole went to a brunch with her classmates and Natalie went to the flea market with Angel. We ended up staying the evening and went and had a FANTASTIC dinner with Patricia, Jerry, Ryan and his girlfriend, Becky. We then went to Manning's Dairy for ice cream. We drove by Glen Oaks Country Club to see where Justin works (as a golf pro) and he was home when we got back.
Our time in Pennsylvania with family and friends was FANTASTIC!! Seeing everyone and spending time was everything we were hoping it would be. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you all for making us feel like we really were HOME!
Day 15: We left Scranton and drove to Philadelphia. We were hoping to do some sightseeing..but it started pouring buckets of rain (and hail) so we left and went to Atlantic City. We got to the boardwalk and took a pedicab from one end to another. Our "driver" was brand new (we were his very first customers ever). Atlantic City is not the same place Carole grew up going to. She was disappointed in how the casinos have ruined the memories she had. But we are having a blast!
It's VERY late...so we will post pictures tomorrow!!

  1. Glad to hear the reunion was fun, how many others came back for the 45th?
